Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and phkuya ("phkuya," "we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the phkuya platform. Continued use of phkuya following any amendment to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By accessing, registering on, or using the phkuya platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use any part of phkuya. If you are accessing phkuya on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms.
phkuya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The phkuya Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phkuya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
phkuya is designed for players located in the Republic of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted may be blocked. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of phkuya complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phkuya makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

To access real-money games on phkuya, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if it changes.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on phkuya. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact phkuya support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phkuya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phkuya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
phkuya is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's license, passport, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
By using phkuya, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
phkuya reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
phkuya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted. phkuya does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or credit card gambling deposits, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phkuya does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. phkuya aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours during business days, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times. phkuya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Player funds deposited into phkuya accounts are held separately from phkuya's operational funds. phkuya does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event of phkuya ceasing operations, player funds will be returned to players in accordance with applicable law.
phkuya is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to monitor and report suspicious transactions. phkuya may delay or refuse to process any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. phkuya will cooperate fully with any investigation by PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent authorities.
phkuya offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
phkuya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in any other conduct designed to exploit bonus offers. Determination of bonus abuse is at phkuya's sole discretion.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phkuya reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
All random number generator (RNG) games available on phkuya use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios operated by phkuya's game provider partners. phkuya does not control the outcome of any game — all results are determined by the underlying game software or live dealer procedures.
In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, phku ya will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. In cases where a game result cannot be determined due to a technical error, the affected round may be voided and any wager returned to the player's account. phkuya's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.
Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are available within each game interface. Players are encouraged to review these before playing. phkuya does not guarantee any specific outcome, return, or profit from any game.

phkuya strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with Philippine law. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 21, we will suspend the account pending age verification and may permanently close the account if the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
All content on the phkuya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phkuya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without phkuya's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of phkuya's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
phkuya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phkuya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phkuya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phkuya's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phkuya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phkuya is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or government actions.
phkuya reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, phkuya reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct pending investigation. Verified real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable legal requirements.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting phkuya support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the phkuya Platform, you agree to first contact phkuya's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. phkuya will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint resolution procedures.
phkuya reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phkuya will provide at least 7 days' notice to registered players via the contact details on file before the changes take effect. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms) may take effect immediately.
The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
