You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying phkuya immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The phkuya Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine gaming law. phkuya does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account and delete the data in question.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on phkuya using false age information, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.
phkuya primarily processes and stores personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game software vendors operating internationally.
Where such transfers occur, phkuya ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law. phkuya will not transfer your personal data to a foreign country or international organisation unless that country or organisation provides an adequate level of protection consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines.
