Account & Registration

Creating a phkuya account is quick and straightforward. Visit the phkuya Login page and click "Register." You'll need to provide your mobile number, a secure password, and your date of birth. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS to verify your number. Once verified, your account is active and you can proceed to complete KYC identity verification before making your first deposit. The entire process typically takes under five minutes.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register and play on phkuya. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. All accounts must complete government-issued ID verification (PhilSys national ID, passport, or driver's license) before real-money play is permitted. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately suspended and the balance returned.

KYC is a one-time process. Once verified, you won't need to repeat it unless your details change significantly.

On the phkuya Login page, click "Forgot Password?" below the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP via SMS. Enter the OTP, then set a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a mix of letters and numbers. If you don't receive the OTP within 2 minutes, check that you're using the correct mobile number and try again, or contact our 24/7 live chat support.

No. phkuya strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account was created in error, contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue.
Deposits & Withdrawals

phkuya supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). phkuya does not accept credit cards for gambling deposits, in line with current Philippine regulations.

The minimum deposit on phkuya is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱500 due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification in line with our AML compliance obligations.

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phkuya account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm). Transfers made outside banking hours or on weekends may take until the next business day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

To withdraw from phkuya, go to your account dashboard and select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

Common reasons for a withdrawal being delayed or rejected include:
  • KYC verification is incomplete or pending review.
  • Active bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met.
  • The withdrawal amount exceeds your current verified balance.
  • Your account has been flagged for a routine security review.
  • Bank details entered do not match your registered account name.
If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact our support team via live chat with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.

phkuya does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — for example, GCash may charge a small cash-in fee depending on your load channel. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current fee schedule. All amounts displayed in your phkuya wallet are in Philippine Peso (₱).
